Order processing and dispatch

A www.croatiavape.com orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes about 7–15 working days, depending on the destination and the method you choose. Detailed timings are below.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your parcel on www.17track.net . After receiving the number, allow 1–2 working days for the data to update.

Changing and cancelling an order

You can cancel your order or change the delivery address at any time before it ships. Once it has shipped we can no longer process cancellations, refunds or address changes.

Free shipping

VapePurchase offers free shipping when the total order value reaches the set amount. With free shipping you pay no customs or taxes on delivery – no unexpected costs.

Shipping methods and prepaid customs clearance (DDP)

For hassle-free shopping we offer prepaid customs delivery (DDP) for some countries/regions. With DDP you pay no extra customs or import charges on delivery.

  • Europe: UPS Express, DPD Express, DHL Express

In countries/regions without DDP delivery, customs charges and import duties may be applied on delivery. The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties and customs charges.
